Soul Food, the band's new album has been garnering rave reviews since its release May 4th. Rolling Stone cited, "...the second mostly---instrumental chapter in the quintet's exploration of the sacred space where gospel, jazz, blues and improvised rock's X-factor joyously intersect". New York Times noted "It's a catalog of strengths, a romp through sacred steel music, blues and Southern soul that often sounds as if it could have been recorded in heated performance."
